Dr. Praful Barvalia is Founder Chairman and Hon. Director of Spandan organization which runs Spandan Holistic Institute of Applied Homoeopathy, Centre of Excellence in childcare and rehabilitation. 

He has conducted quality research in the field of THYROID DISORDERS, AUTISM, MOOD DISORDER, SPD, AND HIV/AIDS. Findings were published in peer-reviewed journals.

Also participated in Fundamental Research projects in collaboration with TIFR scientists.

He is a member board of research: Maharashtra University of Health Sciences

He has received TIMES HEALTHCARE ACHIEVERS AWARD 2018 From Prestigious Times Of India Group with the citation “Legend in Homoeopathy”.
